The decorations in this quirky hotel were really interesting and added to the overall ambiance of the place. The free wifi was great, with a strong signal that you could access from your room. The hotel's location was convenient, next to a supermarket and with free parking spaces available at the back of the building.

The room was quite small, so not ideal if you're planning on spending a lot of time indoors. there was a strange towel system where you had to collect them at check-in and return them at check-out, which was a bit inconvenient.

had great stay on vacation with efficient staff and strategic location near to sungai petani highway exit. location: the hotel was near shops and giant, and food court & supermarket. apart from that, masjid taman intan was 15 minutes' drive away.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

The complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the old-school decor was pretty cool too.

The staff didn't seem very welcoming and we were never alerted to the parking arrangements, resulting in a frustrating parking fine. the bathroom fittings in our room were also loose, making for an uncomfortable stay.

No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel had an interesting industrial interior design which was clean and new. the room had functioning air-conditioning and hot water in the bathroom. the location was great, being opposite to a huge supermarket and fast-food restaurants, which was convenient for a solo traveller like myself. hot and cold water was provided and the hotel allowed guests to bring their bicycles into the room.

The room did not have much of a view and towels were not refreshed daily.

Secondly, the staff were excellent, providing attentive service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and the bathrooms were surprisingly spacious, a pleasant surprise for a hotel of this caliber. Finally, the breakfast spread was satisfying and provided a good start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything during my stay.
